Frequently Asked Questions -- Shipping Questions Back To FAQ Main page |
Can I drop ship an order directly to a customer?
Yes, our system allows you to store an unlimited number of Ship-To addresses. Simply place your order and call us with your Order Number and ask for "Blind Shipping". We do not put any invoices or identifying materials inside shipments. All Invoices are sent via email to the contact address on file ("your email"). This allows you to ship product directly to your customer without our name being on the packaging.

Can I get a shipping quote for a project.
When a quote is generated, look for the link titled "Shipping Quote". Shipping quotes are not available for Wide Format Projects at this time, however, you will be presented a shipping total on the check out screen while ordering.
|
Can I ship items using my own UPS or FedEx Account Number?
Due to the automated systems we have in place, all packages must be shipped via our Accounts with the various carriers. In most cases, we have specialized insurance in place that covers our products in transit and our packaging has been certified by the carriers to prevent damage. In the event of damage, a carrier is likely to deny the claim unless it is tied to our account and certifications.
|
Can I split a shipment to two different addresses?
No, not as part of the same order. If you need 500 pieces sent to one address and 500 sent to another address you will need to place two orders.
|
Can You Ship to P.O. Boxes?
Since we ship all finished product via UPS or FedEx. Due to past issues, we do not ship via USPS and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
|
What shipping carrier do you use to ship finished product?
All of our items are currently shipped via UPS. Options available include Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground.
